You pay a subscription fee for storing your organization's data and credits for buying imagery and running analysis. Signing up is free, and you pay when you choose a product and plan to subscribe. If you are evaluating StellarHub, our team will give you a demo.

Pricing has two parts: a subscription fee and credits. The fee covers your organization's data, and credits pay for imagery purchases and analysis.
The cost of storing and maintaining your organization's data. You use it within your plan's limits and pay monthly or annually.
The currency for buying imagery, running analysis, and using the AI assistant. Credits are valid for one year from the day you buy them and are used oldest first.
Imagery purchase & tasking and AI analytics draw on the same credits.
Going over a limit never adds a charge. Only actions that add storage, such as uploads, imagery purchases, extra analysis, and reports, pause until you delete files or upgrade your plan.
If credits run out, only that action stops and everything else keeps working. If an analysis fails because of us, your credits are returned.
Imagery purchases, tasking, and analysis use credits. The price depends on the factors below, and we show you the price before you buy.
The price is the unit price multiplied by the size of your area of interest (AOI).
Buying archive imagery that is already captured is priced differently from ordering new tasking, where a satellite captures your area from scratch. For new tasking you also choose the sensor, satellite, and capture method.
How soon you need a new capture changes the price.
Each product has a minimum order area, and we tell you while you draw if an area is too small.
The price of archive imagery can vary with how recently it was captured.
Automatic object detection and extra analysis also use credits. For extra analysis, we show the price when you choose it.
We show you the confirmed price before you buy. The price you see is the price you are charged, and imagery your organization already owns is blocked from being bought twice.

Installed on your own infrastructure. Choose a connected deployment with internet access or an air-gapped one without it.
Imagery purchase is not available in an air-gapped on-premises deployment. You install analysis only and bring in imagery bought elsewhere.
Enterprise runs on verified long-term support (LTS) releases.
Yes, companies outside Korea can use StellarHub. Signing up for the cloud (SaaS) on the web and paying by card in Korean won is available to organizations with a Korean business registration number; companies outside Korea get started through a contract with our sales team. Every payment produces an invoice that separates the supply amount from VAT, which organization admins can download.
You can upgrade any time, and the difference for the remaining period is charged on the spot. To downgrade, first bring storage, organization members, projects, and recurring tasking schedules within the new plan's limits.
If you cancel mid-term, we return the remaining period. The prepaid discount is withdrawn, though, and the period you used is recalculated at the list price. See the cancellation and refund terms for details.
Credits you buy are valid for one year from the day you buy them, and the oldest are used first. When credits run out, only that action stops and other features keep working. Add credits and you can continue.
